A cool dude we know recently took an exciting new job at an air and space museum, so to send him off in style - and with an appropriately-named drink - we whipped up this cocktail in his honor. This is Rocket Fuel, and it’s tasty whether you’re taking off on an exciting new adventure or lounging poolside.
Rocket Fuel
1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
1/4 oz. cold brew concentrate
3/4 oz. cold water
1/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
4 oz. ginger beer
Garnish: lime wedge
Fill a glass or mule mug with ice. Add tequila, cold brew, water, and lime juice; stir to combine. Top off with ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge. Sip & enjoy!
Helpful hints:
-Not a tequila fan? Swap the tequila for vodka.
-Swap the cold brew concentrate and water for 1 oz. of chilled espresso.
-Want to make it non-alcoholic? Swap the tequila for 1 oz. of cold water.
